Safely providing exceptional electrical services within a culture built on doing what's right.
SAFELY PROVIDING
EXCEPTIONAL
ELECTRICAL SERVICES
WITHIN A CULTURE
BUILT ON DOING
WHAT'S RIGHT.
This is not a tagline. It is the operating principle behind every decision we make, every project we take on, and every person we hire. Each word was chosen with intention, and each word carries weight in how we run this company.
"Always Do What's Right" has been the foundation of Nickle Electrical since the beginning. It's a simple philosophy, but one that shapes how we work every day—with our clients, our employees, our partners, and our communities.
It guides the decisions we make every day—from prioritizing safety and delivering quality workmanship to taking ownership of our responsibilities and treating people with honesty and respect. We believe trust is built through consistency, accountability, and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
When Steve and Debbie Dignan founded Nickle Electrical, they built the company on the belief that trust is earned one decision at a time. Today, under the leadership of Neal Donaldson and Jeromy Newton, that same principle continues to guide our team. Whether on a job site, in the office, or working alongside a client, every member of the Nickle team is expected to do what's right—every day.
We don't take shortcuts. Every wire pulled, every connection made, every panel installed — done the right way, the first time.
Open books, honest timelines, clear communication. Our clients always know where their project stands.
Our mission is not a plaque in the lobby. It is a living standard that shapes how we operate across every area of the business.
Every jobsite begins with a safety briefing. Every worker has stop-work authority. Every incident — even a near-miss — is reported, reviewed, and used to improve. Our mission to "safely provide" is not a qualifier; it is the first word for a reason.
We build partnerships, not transactions. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, we communicate openly, set realistic expectations, and deliver on every promise. Our clients return because they know Nickle means reliability.
Doing what is right means investing in our people. We fund apprenticeship programs, provide ongoing technical training, offer leadership development, and create clear paths for career advancement. Our team members are not labor — they are the business.
Our mission extends beyond the jobsite. Through the Sunshine Committee, local partnerships, and volunteer initiatives, we give back to the communities that have supported our growth for four decades.
As Nickle Electrical enters its fifth decade, our mission remains unchanged — but our ambition continues to grow. Under the leadership of Neal Donaldson and Jeromy Newton, we are investing in the technologies, training, and talent that will define the next generation of electrical contracting.
We see a future where virtual design construction and prefabrication make every project more precise and more efficient. Where renewable energy and smart building systems create new opportunities for our team to lead. Where the apprentices we train today become the foremen and project managers who carry our values forward tomorrow.
Through it all, our compass stays the same: safely provide exceptional electrical services within a culture built on doing what is right. That mission brought us through our first 40 years. It will guide us through the next 40.
