Mission Statement

The Sunshine Committee's mission is to support the morale and well-being of the employees of Nickle Electrical Companies while simultaneously establishing community rapport. The Sunshine Committee recognizes staff during difficult and celebratory moments, organizes community volunteer events and provides opportunities for fun and socialization within the organization. Our commitment to shaping the employee experience will help create a team whose dedication to the company is unwavering, and a community who will know Nickle's name.
