A total of 65 Nickle Electrical employees were honored at a dinner party on November 6 at Dover Downs for their long-time commitment to the company. Elite members used to be those who worked at Nickle for ten years or more, but management recognized that dedicating even five years to the same company is a great achievement. So in 2014, Nickle opened the Elite to those who have been with the company for at least five years and serve as a great role model to others in the industry.
The 65 employees of the Nickle Elite have fulfilled a total of more than 680 years combined, equating to about 92 million man-hours committed to Nickle Electrical.
